To create an autoresponder for your email account, you will first need to login to your website control panel. Depending on which server you are hosted on, you will either need to access cPanel or Plesk to create an autoresponder.

To setup an autoresponder in Plesk, login to your web hosting control panel at https://69.64.71.167:8443 then under the General section, click on Domains. Next, click on the domain which hosts the email which you would like to create the autoresponder for. Under the Services section, click on [Mail]. Click on the email account you would like to setup the autoresponder and then go to Autoresponders / Add New Autoresponder. Enter in the requested information, then click [OK]. Now click on the Switch On icon and this should enable the autoresponder for this email account.
