If you suddenly experience not being able to send/receive emails and/or cannot access your website, follow the steps outlined below before contacting technical support.
Check to see if you can access the Internet. If you cannot access other websites (i.e. Google, Yahoo), then it is most likely an issue with your Internet connection and you will need to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to resolve the issue.
If you can access the Internet, check to see if you can access your website, if you can and still cannot access your emails, then please contact us at support@vqcdesigns.com or call us at (717) 233-0333 for immediate assistance.
If you cannot access your website or emails, then you are most likely blocked by our servers due to too many incorrect/unauthorized access from your IP address. This is a security measure implemented by our servers in order to thwart hackers from maliciously attacking our servers.
You will need to go to http://www.whatismyip.com and send us the listed IP address of your computer so that we can add you to our whitelist. You will need to email your IP address to us.
