Only the domain administrator or owner of the domain has access to make such changes. However if you provide us with your domain account information, we would be more then happy to make the change for you.

In some cases, depending on the company, you will need to contact the registrar yourself in order to make name server changes.

Since we have several network centers, we have several sets of name servers. Please consult your welcome letter or Contact Us in order to identify which ones you need to use for your domain.
